Los procesos de formación de docente para la primera infancia desde la integración de la investigación a la práctica pedagógica durante la carrera Universitaria de Educación Preescolar y Primera Infancia

The curricular pivot of investigation integrated to a practical-pedagogical approach in the development of a college study plan of professor formation; constitutes an educational experience that points towards a conceptualize and contextualize pedagogy. This one, from the construction process of integrated learning present in actions, relations, and reflections that are produced in the various pedagogical spaces in which the educational task with children is developed. On the basis of the complexities of reality and the requirements of transformation, improvement, educational innovation, and production of new knowledge related to pedagogical procceses. It is assumed that the abilities and investigative competences constitute an inherent knowledge to the teaching practice, as a consequence, its development from the point the student enters the first level of initial formation. In this essay suggestions are presented in regards to how this integration could be developed in the formation of professionals in the areas of Preescolar Education and Early childhood from the undergraduate to the graduate bachelor degree.
El eje curricular de investigación integrado al eje práctico-pedagógico en el desarrollo de un plan de estudios universitarios de formación docente, constituye una experiencia formativa que apunta a una pedagogía conceptualizada y contextualizada desde el proceso de construcción de saberes integrados a las acciones, relaciones y reflexiones que se producen en los espacios pedagógicos en que se desarrolla la tarea educativa con los niños y niñas. Partiendo fundamentalmente de las complejidades de la realidad y de los requerimientos de transformación, mejoramiento, innovación educativa y producción de nuevos conocimientos sobre los procesos pedagógicos, se asume que las habilidades y competencias investigativas constituyen un saber inherente a la práctica docente, en consecuencia, su desarrollo desde que la persona estudiante ingresa al primer nivel de formación inicial. En este ensayo se presentan propuestas acerca de cómo podría desarrollarse esta integración en la formación de profesionales de Educación Preescolar y Primera Infancia desde el pregrado al grado de Licenciatura.
