      Background: The harmonic person-job relationship is of vital importance, even more so when people remain in seated positions, as in the case of work in offices, added to this the daily use of furniture, computers and their peripherals. The use of these tools has made it possible to improve the efficiency of activities, but the potentially adverse effects should not be neglected, since they can produce MSDs. Objective: To determine the level of ergonomic risk associated with office workstations, of the administrative staff of the LOSEP Regime of the Central Campus of the University of Cuenca, through the application of the ROSA Method. Method: Descriptive cross-sectional study. The ROSA Method was applied, recording the data through photographs taken at the workplace in conjunction with the Field Sheet. The obtained data will be scored using the assessment diagrams and the tables of the method to obtain the partial and final scores. All the data will be tabulated in the statistical package SPSS version 21 and are presented the results in tables and graphs. Results: According to the evaluation applying the ROSA method, of the 176 office positions evaluated, 61% (n=108) presented a very high risk and a performance level of 3, 22% (n=38) high risk with a performance level of 2, 12% (n=12) with extreme risk, with a performance level of 4 and 5% (n=9) supposes an improvable risk in which it is necessary to improve some elements of the position.
