      The paper highlights the views of researchers related to determining the concept of creating the enterprise information structure which must be based on the principles of the systems approach. The basic types of information for production associations with the vertical form of integration in the agrarian sector Ukraine’s economy are suggested. The author has developed and generalized the variants of forming the information infrastructure with respect to the process-oriented approach to managing enterprises which form the integration structure and create a unified continuous information space. The information entropy as one of the problem of creating vertically integrated formations is determined. The author has also improved a classical model of management through introducing the model of regulation which makes it possible to considerably decrease the information entropy.
      Розглянуто погляди науковців щодо визначення концепції створення інформаційної структури підприємства, яка повинна будуватися на принципах системного підходу. Запропоновано основні види інформації для виробничих об'єднань з вертикальною формою інтеграції в аграрному секторі економіки України. Розроблені та узагальнені варіанти організації інформаційної інфраструктури з точки зору процесного підходу до управління на підприємствах, що утворюють інтеграційну структуру та створюють єдиний безшовний інформаційний простір. Визначено інформаційну ентропію як одну з проблем утворення вертикально інтегрованих формувань. Запропоновано вдосконалення класичної моделі управління завдяки введенню в неї моделі регулювання, що дозволить значно знизити інформаційну ентропію.
