Рассмотрена методика комплексного психологического воздействия на беременных женщин с симптомом токофобии. Доказано, что правильное сочетание лечебной и дыхательной гимнастики с набором речевых средств, относящихся к разным уровням сознания, способствует формированию у женщин положительной установки на течение беременности и родов.
The methods of complex psychological impact on pregnant women with symptoms of tocophobia have been addressed. It has been proved that the proper combination of remedial and respiratory gymnastics with a set of speech means that belong to different levels of consciousness, promotes the formation of women's positive attitude to pregnancy and childbirth
