This final work of my industrial engineering degree is about the philosophy or methodology of Six Sigma. As will be seen below, the Six Sigma philosophy aims to achieve the excellence beyond the quality standards. Reach the absence of defects or errors by using a methodology that has been shown highly successful in the areas of production and services. It will try to break down the existing barriers between the methodologies used by the highly industrialized companies, demystifying the systems and thoughts used by these to develop their continuous improvement.
