      Virtually all students aged 15 (99,31%) say that they have already used a computer. The majority (81%) say that they have a computer at home. Over 50% say they regularly use a computer to perform three main activities: to play games, to look for information on the Internet and to communicate via e-mail or 'chat rooms'. Both say that they learn on their own or with friends, while girls do so at school or with their family. While boys are more attracted to ICT and use it more freely, girls learn to use computers mainly at school, which doubtless redresses the balance in their favour
