نبذة مختصرة : We bring a critical-reflective overview of the literature classes in junior high school. This work questions the teacher's relationship with the contemporary media to examine matters related to the reading of aesthetic enjoyment and the possibilities of mediation between students and literary works. These topics converge on the teaching practices carried out in the class of the 8th year of the Centro de Ensino e Pesquisa Aplicada à Educação (CEPAE-UFG), in which we worked with the plays: Romeo and Juliet (1591/95) and Dream of a Summer Night (1595/96), both by William Shakespeare, and by its developments in art and culture.
