نبذة مختصرة : This article is an exploratory note on the interweaving between the struggles for homosexual rights and the fight against HIV/AIDS in Morocco. Sandrine Musso and Marien Gouyon are both returning to their fields in order to bring out the stakes of such an interweaving in a context where homosexuality is punished by the law. First, this paper traces the emergence of the fight against AIDS and secondly that of rights for homosexuality in order to think of the repercussions of one against the other. Based on the analysis of the social uses of the category “MSM” in aids prevention, this article underlines the forms of subjectivities and citizenship that emerge from a crisscrossing of underprivileged struggles in public space.
