نبذة مختصرة : In this essay we reflect on the centrality and the problems of labor (not labor) in postgraduate in Management environment by theoretical category collective subjectivity. The locus of analysis is the context of strictu sensu postgraduate programs in Management. This essay was driven by discussions on academic productivism and its associated impacts on human life of postgraduate students - which we observed and experienced. We highlight the relationships built upon subjectivities, as well as the hopes of escape from academic resulting proletarianization of reflexivity on the demands and requirements of graduate school.
