      The present study aims to critically analyze the recent phenomenon concerning the dispute resolution methods developed outside courts (“deformalizationdeslegalization”), including the civil enforcement of judgments and other enforceable titles. It will be examined the most challenging questions established in Brazilian Draft Law 6204/2019, so as to offer some contributions to the necessary public debate concerning this important subject, which can change Brazilian Justice System for the better.
