نبذة مختصرة : Abstract Background Systemic sclerosis is a connective tissue disease of unknown etiology, characterized by vasculopathy, fibrosis, inflammation, and immune dysregulation that lead to widespread internal organs fibrosis, chronic ischemia, and subsequent end-stage organ failure.
