În articol se face referință la reformele privind guvernanța universitară demarate odată cu implementarea Codului educației, la contribuția noilor consilii de dezvoltare strategică instituționalăla pentu dezvoltarea instituției, îmbunătățirea activității acestor consilii și la cooperarea cu senatele universitare pentru beneficiarii instituției de învățământ superior.
