نبذة مختصرة : This study aims to assist the Kadundung village government in planning business activities through various planned and structured stages so that the choice of types of business that can support village economic growth can be determined according to the advantages possessed by Kadundung Village. This research was conducted using the Participatory Rural Appraisal method (PRA), namely by conducting studies on rural conditions which include mapping of village potentials, SWOT analysis and followed by Hierarchy Value Alignment (HVA) analysis to determine the type of selected business. The results showed that there were three types of businesses that could be carried out by BUMDes Desa Kadundung, namely making fruit chips, establishing cafeterias, and optimizing tent rental.
