Analyzing the level of administrative creativity of the administrative staff Field study on heads of departments at the University of Ghardaia

The study in our hands aims to reveal the level of administrative creativity at the heads of departments at the University of Ghardaia, as well as to reveal the differences in the level of administrative creativity according to gender, age, and academic qualification. The following results were reached: • The level of administrative creativity of the heads of departments at the University of Ghardaia is average. • There are no differences in the level of administrative creativity due to the variable of sex, age, and academic qualification.
