نبذة مختصرة : Marked by a strong bond and territorial identities, traditional communities of artisanal fishermen are built from a set of mystical elements, which mark the culture in these communities. In Alagoas, located to the largest of the state, is a community of artisanal fishermen São Pedro, in the municipality of Jaramataia, which is the result of a cultural hybridism that happened from the striations that emerged around 1970, and emerge the lucid waters of Açude strong traditions, as a feast in devotion to São Pedro. Facing this scenario, land and housing lands appear, cultural workshops that deserve to be highlighted in the Alagoas scenery, which are the result of a sense of devotion to the Catholic deity and the history of the life of the holy fisherman. Thus, since it is considered a feast of São Pedro, considering that it is inseparable between land, water and water in any territory of the community of São Pedro, there is no Alagoas semi-arid.
