The effect of different concentrations of gaseous ammonia was studied. Six batches (27 eggs each of Cobb broiler breeders were used). The six batches were exposed to 0.25; 0.50; 1.01; 1.51 and 2.53 mg/lit. of ammonia, respectively, in special dessicators for 12 hours before incubation for the purpose of the complete ammonia evaporation in the disscators.
