Job satisfaction, according to some personal variables for faculty and administrative staff in departments and colleges of Physical Education University of Mosul

Abstract The research aims to identify: 1 - job satisfaction for faculty and administrative staff in artments and colleges of Physical Education University of Mosul. 2 - Differences in job satisfaction among faculty members and administrative staff in departments and colleges of Physical Education University of Mosul. 3 - Identify the most important dimensions that help to job satisfaction in departments and colleges of Physical Education University of Mosul. 4 - Differences in job satisfaction, according to some personal variables (sex, marital status, experience, academic achievement, job title) of faculty members and administrative staff in departments and colleges of Physical Education University of Mosul. The researcher used the descriptive approach, the research sample consisted of (163) individual distributors to (109) faculty members and (54) administrative staff. To achieve the objectives of the research the rosary in to a questionnaire of job satisfaction for the teacher and the chief administrative officer of the university, which was prepared by (Ahazzamip, 2009) after confirmation of the validity and reliability The data were statistically fretted by using arithmetic mean and medium-premise, standard deviation Test coefficient (Alpha), analysis of variance in one direction and LSD test The researcher concluded the following: 1 - There were job satisfaction with the faculty staff and administrative officer of the university departments and colleges of physical education towards the management side and the psychological side, wages and incentives and training aspect. 2 – There were no significant differences between faculty and administrative staff in departments and colleges of Physical Education in the dimensions of job satisfaction. 3 - There is variation in the dimensions that help to job atisfaction for faculty staff and administrative staff in departments and colleges of Physical Education, The psychological aspect job first in the standings, followed by wages, status, incontire, the administrative side and the side training. 4 - There were no significant differences in job satisfaction according to the variables of sex,maritalstatus,educationalattainmentandjobtitle. 5 - There were significant differences in job satisfaction according to the experience variable for the category (16 years old - and older) and (1-5 years old) and (6-10 years) and age group (11-15 years).
