      This study aimed to examine the possibilities and contributions to the process of training undergraduate teaching students, coming from the implementation of PIBID (Institutional Program initiation grants the Teaching) from the perspective of members of the Subproject Dance-education, as well as point out problems and challenges of training through teaching practice and discuss the teaching of dance, his senses and possibilities in the school. It is a qualitative descriptive research. The population consisted of students from the Physical Education course and Arts of the University of Montes Claros, and the sample consisted of 09 students from the University of Montes Claros, and 04 of the Physical Education course and 05 of the Arts course. For inclusion, subjects were integrated is the Institutional Scholarship Program for New Teachers - PIBID and engaged in the subproject-Dance Education. The survey instrument used was a semi-structured interview consisting of seven essay questions, constructed from the proposed objective. All information has been used only for research purposes, protecting the identity of participants, since the study establishes, above all, ethical concepts. We conclude that, after insertion of PIBID university academics reformulated their attitudes to and theories of teaching, after the experiences in school life, rethinking if they really want is working with the teaching and are prepared through training received in college to meet the challenges of professional practice.
