Curs acadèmic: 2023/2024 ; Self-conscious emotions, such as guilt, arise from the evaluation of the self in relation to specific moral criteria. Feeling guilt means that the person negatively evaluates a specific action or omission, differentiating it from shame, which implies a global evaluation of the self. This evaluation brings with it a state of significant discomfort for the person and the generation of different responses, which are considered both adaptive and maladaptive. When the feeling of guilt is managed appropriately, it can drive reparative behaviors, helping to restore emotional and social relationships. However, maladaptive guilt can have negative effects on self-esteem. The present work seeks to strengthen the understanding and adaptive management of the feeling of guilt in primary school students, through a socio-emotional intervention based on children's and youth literature. They are made up of two phases: the first, theoretical, which nourishes both the theoretical and methodological approach of the intervention and the second, the design of the intervention proposal. As a result, 8 sessions are proposed, based on the foundation of the Programa SOE: Programa universal de desarrollo socioemocional para combatir el rechazo en aulas de educación primaria. The evaluation of the proposal contemplates three axes: structure, process and result. ; Las emociones autoconscientes, como la culpa, surgen a partir de la evaluación del yo con relación a criterios morales específicos. Sentir culpa significa que el individuo evalúa negativamente una acción u omisión concreta, diferenciándose de la vergüenza, que implica una evaluación global del yo.
