نبذة مختصرة : The topic of the master's thesis is relevant today because across the globe the migration process is becoming more and more intense. Nations, cultures, races are mixing, and this process forms new groups of people in society - new segments of society. As the number of immigrants from West / Central African countries (Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria) to Lithuania has grown rapidly in recent decades, new segments of society have naturally emerged in our country as well. This segment brings its cultural, ethnic and social experiences, its native language, which differs from the experiences, traditions and attitudes of Lithuanians. Then the natural challenges of social interaction and integration that arise in the face of the host society need to be solved and managed. To avoid social segregation, discrimination, racist attacks, the disproportionate cross-cultural issues that need to be talked about now, as well as ways to manage, facilitate and improve the quality of the integration process.
