نبذة مختصرة : This work concerns the characterization and integration of materials from two neighboring phases, one perovskite STLTO [(Sr2Ta2O7)100-x(La2Ti2O7)x] and the tungsten bronze (TTB) STLTO [isotype of β'-SrTa2O6], for antenna applications. On ceramics, for the perovskite compound, dielectric characterizations @3GHz show, for x≤1, moderate permittivities between 80 and 120 with low losses (tanδ~10-3).The TTB compound is associated with a permittivity of 70 and losses tanδ~10-3 @3.5 GHz. This work shows the potential for using these materials to produce compact dielectric resonator antennas radiating at frequencies below 6 GHz. Prototypes were simulated, produced and measured. The deposition of thin films by reactive sputtering was carried out using an STLTO target (x=1.65) leading to oxide or oxynitride films depending on the plasma used. Ex-situ and in-situ oxidative anneals were carried out on the oxynitride films and the lacunar oxide films. The Ar+O2 plasma deposition leads to TTB oxide films which exhibit low losses (tanδ<10-3) for permittivities close to 130 and a tunability of 15% @260kV/cm between 1 and 100 kHz. At high frequencies, permittivity values of around 70 and very low losses (tanδ<10-3) were measured for polycrystalline TTB films deposited on platinum. ; Ce travail porte sur la caractérisation et l’intégration de matériaux issus de 2 phases voisines, l’une perovskite STLTO [(Sr2Ta2O7)100-x(La2Ti2O7)x] et l’autre bronze de tungstène (TTB) [isotype de β’-SrTa2O6], pour des applications antennaires en céramiques et en couches minces.
