The purpose of this research is to: ๑. Identify the role of the Royal Rain Volunteers Network. ๒. To identify the problems of the work of volunteers, rainfed and ๓. To provide suggestions and solutions. In order to maximize the work of the rainfed volunteers. The researcher used in-depth interview method. The data were collected by means of a semi-structured interview questionnaire. And field recording tools. The study found that the roles of the volunteers were ๑๒ factors: ๑) to follow the Department's policy, ๒) to disseminate information, ๓) to carry out the duties of the Royal Rain Volunteers. Responsible area ๕) Coordinate ๖) Get training ๗) Request rain service ๘) Inform about rain and observe cloud ๙) Public relations ๑๐) offer the problems and needs of the royal rain service of the people to know the rain. ๑๑) help prepare the chemicals for the rain and ๑๒) promote the use of water. And water conservation for farmers. The problem of the work of the rainfed volunteers consists of ๙.๑) Contact difficulties.๒) The coordination stage. ๓) The implementation was not successful. ๔) The data could not be used. ๕) The project was inadequate. ๖) Rainfall caused by the service of the rain center was not enough for the farmers' water use. ๗) The problem of measuring the rainfall. ๘) The health problems of the rainfed volunteers and ๙) The period.
