نبذة مختصرة : The work presented below constitutes a bibliographic review whose purpose was to analyze the theoretical foundations related to the management of human management practices in contemporary organizations. This type of activity, which involves the management of human talent, represents a highly useful strategic exercise for leadership in the recruitment, retention and development of collaborators who add value in the achievement of business objectives. Regarding the methodological design, it is characterized by being a descriptive work with a documentary phase, in which the systematic review of the bibliography was used as a data collection instrument and the bibliographic study with a critical approach as techniques of analysis and interpretation of data. To obtain the results, it was necessary to carry out an inventory of documents that dealt with the subject under study, then the bibliography was selected with emphasis on the objectives of the research and finally, the units of analysis necessary for the study were extracted. theoretical discussion.
