A impôrtancia da formação continuada em serviço de professores de Educação Física ; The improvement of continued training in the service of Physical Education teachers

It is known that the teacher plays a fundamental role in the life of his students, being a trainer of people through the teaching and education that perpetuate and evolve over the years. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and manifestations of continuing education through teachers and their students, as well as their direct and indirect interference in society as a whole. Articles, theses, monographs and other published journals on the subject in question were analyzed. It was also possible to understand quickly and objectively the change in the lines that determine the essence of continuing education over the years and how society was shaped by those changes. We obtained as results that there is a great demand for newly trained teachers and postgraduates for some time in professional updating searches, because in FC comes an opportunity to follow the technological and educational development that has been perpetuating for years. ; Entender a relevância das oportunidades que se abrem a partir da formação continuada em serviço é imprescindível para aqueles que entendem que a vida é um constante aprendizado. Sabe-se que o professor tem um papel fundamental na vida de seus alunos, sendo ele formador de pessoas através do ensino e educação que perpetuam e evoluem ao longo dos anos. Nesse sentido o presente estudo tem por finalidade analisar a importância e as manifestações que a formação continuada tem através dos professores e seus alunos, bem como sua interferência direta e indiretamente na sociedade como um todo.
