نبذة مختصرة : The continuous sparse coding aims to improve the estimation accuracy by avoiding discretization of the parameter set. In this context, Sliding Frank-Wolfe algorithm has been successfully applied on deconvolution problems when the dictionary involves position shifts. In this article, we treat the problem of dictionary involving positions and scales shifts. We propose a new algorithm inspired on Sliding Frank-Wolfe that considers an hybrid model involving discretized scales and continuous positions. The model proves to be efficient in the context of DNA replication.
