신생아에서 염증 및 종양 소견을 보인 출생 전 고환 염전 1예 ; A Case of Antenatal Testicular Torsion Mimicking Inflammation and Tumor in the Neonate

Testicular torsion, inflammation and tumor may be rare causes of scrotal mass in the neonates. Color Doppler ultrasonography is useful in differential diagnosis of these lesions. The authors experienced a case of testicular torsion mimicking inflammation and tumor in a baby with right testicular mass found at delivery. The initial diagnosis for this mass was a testicular inflammation and tumor based on findings of ultrasound examination and urine culture, but surgical exploratory findings of scrotum definitely showed testicular torsion. We report the case with a brief review of associated literatures. ; 고환의 염전이나 염증, 종양은 드물게 신생아기 음낭 종물의 원인이 되며 색도플러 초음파검사는 환부 의 감별진단에 유용하다. 저자들은 출생 시 발견된 우측 고환 종물을 주소로 입원한 신생아에서 초음파검 사 및 소변 배양검사 소견상 고환의 염증과 종양이 일차적으로 의심되었으나 시험적 음낭 절개술 결과 염 전으로 확진된 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. ; open
