نبذة مختصرة : Današnji život se generalno opisuje riječima dinamičan i brz, što od pojedinca zahtjeva kontinuiranu i konstantnu posvećenost poslovnim obvezama. Pod pritiskom obveza ljudi sve manje vremena posvećuju pravilnoj prehrani. Posljednjih dvadesetak godina konzumacija brze hrane iznimno je porasla kao i broj novootvorenih restorana brze hrane. Stoga je cilj ovog istraživanja bio utvrditi ponašanje i stavove potrošača brze hrane. Provedeno je anketno ispitivanje na uzorku od 100 ispitanika o potrošnji brze hrane na području Karlovačke županije. U ispitivanju je bio jednak odnos žena i muškaraca prosječne starosti oko 39 godina i indeksa tjelesne mase oko 26,5. Većina ispitanika (87%) konzumira brzu hranu, uglavnom kao međuobrok (38%) i ručak (35%). Od brze hrane ispitanici najčešće biraju pizzu (55%), hamburger (47%), pomfrit (46%) i ćevape (46%). Uz brzu hranu ispitanici piju najčešće gazirana pića (51%), ali i vodu (47%). Ispitanici (46%) brzu hranu smatraju ukusnom i to im je vrlo važno pri odabiru. Većina ispitanika ima nizak životni standard i im je cijena bitan čimbenik za kupnju te stoga dnevno troše do 50 kn (97%) na brzu hranu. ; Today's life is generally describes as a dynamic and fast, which exspect of individual continuous and constant dedication to business commitments. Under pressure from the obligation, people gives less time to proper nutrition. In the last twenty years, the consumption of fast food is extremely increased as the number of newly opened fast food restaurants. Therefore, the aim of this research was to identify the behavior and attitudes of fast food consumers. A survey was conducted on a sample of 100 respondents on fast food consumption in the Karlovac County area. In the study, the same was the ratio between women and men of average age about 39 years and the body mass index was about 26.5.
