Based on this research it was possible to identify which tools are used by the teachers in the support to face-to-face teaching, as well as the vision regarding the AVA Moodle interface design, usability of the virtual learning environment as well as the functionality of the resources. The questionnaire was used to collect data and then analyze the results. With the results obtained it was possible to highlight the main forms of interactions carried out by teachers with their students through the virtual learning environment Moodle, as well as knowing the positive and negative points that teachers identify when interacting with their students through the learning platform. Although technologies in the midst of education are consolidated, it is important to know clearly the potentialities of the platform resources so that teachers can create teaching strategy and thus consolidating effective learning. Finally, this research contributed to reflect on the use of the teaching-learning platform in high school and provide new insights regarding Moodle. ; Esse artigo tem como principal objetivo evidenciar de que forma os professores de uma escola pública de ensino médio utilizam o Moodle como apoio ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Com base nessa pesquisa, foi possível identificar quais as ferramentas que são utilizadas pelos professores no apoio ao ensino presencial, assim como a visão em relação ao design da interface AVA Moodle, usabilidade do ambiente virtual de aprendizagem, assim como a funcionalidades dos recursos.
