Methods of Assessing Learning and Academic Performance of Baccalaureate Students ; Métodos de evaluación del aprendizaje y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de Bachillerato

Assessment is a topic of debate in the educational field due to the complexity of its understanding and application. The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness, relevance and applicability of the different methods of assessment of learning and academic performance at the Baccalaureate level, providing recommendations to improve evaluation practices in this educational context. The survey technique was used to survey the sample made up of teachers and students of the aforementioned educational institution, being the type of field and explanatory research. The population consisted of 12 teachers and 67 high school students, the sample consisted of 12 teachers and 32 students, whose statistical results were interpreted and analyzed, reaching the conclusion that the teachers of the Fiscomisional Educational Unit still maintain a traditional evaluative vision and practice that is influencing the academic performance of the students. because they have not modernized their concepts, tools and ways of evaluating. ; La evaluación es un tema de debate en el campo educativo debido a la complejidad de su comprensión y aplicación. El estudio tiene como objetivo Analizar la efectividad, pertinencia y aplicabilidad de los distintos métodos de evaluación del aprendizaje y el desempeño académico en el nivel de Bachillerato, proporcionando recomendaciones para mejorar las prácticas evaluativas en este contexto educativo, para lo cual se realizar un profunda revisión bibliográfico sobre las variables de evaluación y desempeño académicos desde diversos autores y tendencias actuales; se aplicó el enfoque mixto se aplicó la técnica de encuesta a la muestra conformada por los docentes y estudiantes de la mencionada institución educativa, siendo el tipo de investigación de campo y explicativa.
