A gestão de instituições de ensino com vistas à satisfação profissional dos docentes: reflexões a partir do olhar de seus diretores ; Management of educational institutions with views to the satisfaction of professional teaching: reflections from the look of its directors

Monografia (especialização) - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Centro de Educação, Curso de Especialização em Gestão Educacional, EaD, RS, 2014. ; The study was developed in order to answer the following research problem: "As the directors of two schools in the city of Santa Maria (RS), have gestated their institutions with a view to job satisfaction of its faculty? Such attitudes have influenced the teaching? ". Therefore, we performed a descriptive case study of qualitative character. The analysis of the research unit consists of 2 directors and 8 teachers from two public schools in Santa Maria - RS. For data collection a structured interview half applied was used the principals and teachers a questionnaire was applied. Regarding the management of schools with a view to job satisfaction was possible to see the commitment and concern of the directors because they are aware of how important for the function of the performance of professional satisfaction. However, few conditions are taken for the performance of their duties due to lack of working conditions. Teachers demonstrated realize the effort and involvement of the directors to contribute in teaching. As for job satisfaction it was revealed serious problems that lead to increased job dissatisfaction and the loss of teaching activities due to health problems, the majority of these problems caused by the non-implementation of public policies that ensure server quality of life. ; O estudo foi desenvolvido com o intuito de responder o seguinte problema de pesquisa: “Como os diretores de duas instituições de ensino do Município de Santa Maria (RS), têm gestado suas instituições com vistas à satisfação profissional do seu quadro docente?
