نبذة مختصرة : U ovom završnom radu opisati će se ispitivanja kontrole kvalitete i važnost kontrole kvalitete u poduzećima. Opisati će se povijest razvoja kvalitete i pojmovi i definicije koje su vezane uz kontrolu kvalitete. Na primjeru izabranog poduzeća „ Zagorka d.o.o.“ iz Bedekovčine biti će opisan postupak kontrole kvalitete u proizvodnji kamina i kaljevih peći, opis tehnoloških procesa, opis proizvoda, opis alata i aparata kojima se vrši kontrola kvalitete repromaterijala, poluproizvoda i na kraju proizvodnog procesa kontrola kvalitete gotovih proizvoda. Također će se opisati primjena međunarodne norme ISO 9001:2015 u poduzeću „Metaloprerađivačka radionica Horvat“ iz Zlatar Bistrice. ; In this final work, quality assurance tests and the importance of quality control in companies will be described. The history of development and the concepts and definitions related to quality control will be described. On the example of the selected company "Zagorka d.o.o." from Bedekovčina will be described the process of quality control in the production of fireplaces and kilns, a description of technological processes, a description of the product, a description of the tools and equipment for the quality control of the raw materials, the semi-finished products and at the end of the production process the quality control of finished products. The application of ISO 9001:2015 international standard in the company „Metalworking workshops Horvat“ from Zlatar Bistrica will also be described.
