This is a zipped folder that contains the following. 1) A concatenated alignment of ITS and mtSSU sequences from sorediate Lecanora species from the Malicek et al (2017) paper with four new sequences added. File can be found in in both NEXUS (.nex) and PHYLIP (.phy) formats. 2) A concatenated alignment of the six-gene data set of lecanoroid lichens from Zhao et al (2015) with four new sequences added. File can be found in in both NEXUS (.nex) and PHYLIP (.phy) formats. 3) PDFs of results of the maximum liklihood analyses of single loci from the Malicek et al.(2017) dataset to confirm absence of conflict between loci.
