As políticas públicas educacionais e o papel da prefeitura de Pejuçara no processo de sua implementação ; The educational public policies and the role of the city hall of Pejuçara in the implementation process

Monografia (especialização) - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Centro de Educação, Curso de Especialização em Gestão Educacional, EaD, RS, 2018. ; The Municipal Secretariat of Education, Culture, Tourism, Sport and Recreation (MSEC) in Pejuçara, Rio Grande do Sul is the public body which merges with direct administration of the Executive Branch, its major assignment is to work primarily on the educational public policies for the Primary Education and Early Childhood Education, according to the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education (LDBEN) N° 9394/96. Its‟s a challenge to the MSEC management to deal with the lack of Pedagogical Coordination to guide the Pedagogical Area that belong to the municipal education system. Facing these conditions, support has been searched in external advisory bodies of associations and federations of the municipalities in order to understand the pedagogical demand of educational management, as well as the continuing education through this specialization course and the Municipal Educational Management Course (MEMC) offered by the Ministry of Education (MEC). Therefore, due to the lack of a trained professional, the work on these schools has been compromised, this professional could work on pedagogical management along with the pedagogical managers in order to guide and coordinate the work that is done on the schools at the municipium. Considering this demand, bibliographical and documental research have been developed purposing to prove the importance of this professional performing the educational management of the municipal schools, to show the advances of the educational policies and to identify the needs resulting of the lack of this kind of professional. The ultimate objective is to diagnose the real situation of the educational management as a monitoring way for planning and replanning the educational public policies to provide the right of education with quality and equality. ; A Secretaria Municipal de Educação, Cultura, ...
