نبذة مختصرة : This article aims to present a study on cooking and learning by preschool students from the observation in mandatory curricular internship developed in Pedagogy undergraduate degree. We intend to reflect on the possible contributions of this knowledge to the referred students, bearing in mind the construction of a meaningful learning and culture valorization. The research starts from the experience in the internship, in an attempt to understand the contents approached by preschool teachers, from our trajectory in this level of education. For this purpose, we apply the bibliographic and documentary research in a reflective process, according to the bibliographic references, besides the analysis of the observations inserted in the supervised internship logbook and the descriptive memorial. In this process, we understand that school, as a formal learning space, can (and should) seek creative proposals, such as food and cooking projects, which provide meaningful learning moments and constitute opportunities for dialogue and reflection of daily life, as they lead children to express different food cultures. ; Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) ; Este artigo tem o intuito de apresentar a partir da observação em estágio curricular obrigatório desenvolvido no curso de Pedagogia um estudo sobre a culinária e a aprendizagem pelos alunos da Educação Infantil. Visamos refletir sobre as possíveis contribuições desse conhecimento aos referidos estudantes, tendo em vista a construção de um aprendizado significativo e a valorização da cultura. A pesquisa parte da experiência no estágio, na tentativa de compreendermos os conteúdos abordados pelas professoras da Educação Infantil, a partir de nossa trajetória nesse nível de ensino.
