FAMILY HEALTH STRATEGY IN UBERLÂNDIA: ANALYSIS FROM THE VIEW OF DIFFERENT SUBJECTS ; ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA EM UBERLÂNDIA: ANÁLISE A PARTIR DA VISÃO DE DIFERENTES SUJEITOS

The present paper aims to analyze the care model of health care adopted in Uberlandia from the implementation of the Family Health Strategy (FHS), focusing on the integration of network services from the perspective of managers involved in this sector.To achieve the goals proposed several methodological procedures have been used: theoretical research on the subject, data collection and information on APS and ESF in the Ministry of Health and the Information Officers and Health Planning of Uberlandia, semi-structured interviews with local managers.It was found that, to ensure the consolidation of the Family Health Strategy in Uberlandia and improve the quality of health care, it is necessary to reassess the volume of population by teams, as well as the flow of patients between the various levels, improve infrastructure and technological resources and advance coordination of care.It is also necessary, to reassess the criteria for selecting the sites for implantation of health facilities, which will enable to provide primary care services to all the registered population. Geography has too much for contributing to the process of choosing these areas. Finding a way to public facilities to reach the areas of urban expansion is a major challenge to the municipal government. ; Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar o modelo assistencial de atenção à saúde adotado em Uberlândia a partir da implantação da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF), tendo como foco a integração à rede de serviços a partir da perspectiva dos gestores envolvidos com a temática. Para atingir os objetivos propostos, foram utilizados diversos procedimentos metodológicos: levantamento teórico referente à temática, coleta de dados e informações sobre APS e ESF no Ministério da Saúde e na Diretoria de Informação e Planejamento em Saúde de Uberlândia, entrevistas semiestruturadas com gestores locais.
