The valuation of microcirculatory and metabolicdisorders in the patients with vibration disease ; ОЦЕНКА МИКРОЦИРКУЛЯТОРНЫХ И МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИХ НАРУШЕНИЙ У БОЛЬНЫХ ВИБРАЦИОННОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ

The article presents the research data of quantitative parameters of microcirculation and metabolism of endogenous biologically active substances in the skin of hands of the patients with vibration disease based on laser Doppler flowmetry and fluorescence spectroscopy. There were revealed microcirculatory disorders of different types and degrees:1) spastic type - 45,2%; 2) normal circulatory type - 34,0%; 3) hyperemic type - 20,8%. A normal circulatory type was characterized by a minimal microcirculatory disorder associated with a greater degree of impairment in the regulation mechanisms. Spastic and hyperemic types were based on multidirectional changes in microcirculation of moderate and severe degrees. In the group of spastic type the accumulation of porphyrins and respiratory enzymes in the skin of hands was revealed due to chronic hypoxia. ; В статье представлены данные исследования количественных показателей микроциркуляции и метаболизма эндогенных биологически активных веществ в коже рук у больных вибрационной болезнью на основе лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии и флуоресцентной спектроскопии. Выявлены нарушения микроциркуляции разных типов и степеней: 1) спастический тип - 45,2%; 2) нормоциркуляторный - 34,0%; 3) гиперемический - 20,8%. Нормоциркуляторный тип характеризуется минимальными нарушениями микроциркуляции, связанными в большей степени с нарушением механизмов регуляции. Спастический и гиперемический тип имеют в основе разнонаправленные изменения микроциркуляции умеренной и выраженной степеней. В группе со спастическим типом микроциркуляции выявлено накопление порфиринов и дыхательных коферментов в коже рук в результате хронической гипоксии тканей.
