Le territoire comme un outil de transdisciplinarité vers des diagnostics partagés

International audience ; Nowadays, Social Workers (TS) have to realize territorial diagnoses. However, the concept of territory, with its multiple dimensions, does not offer them the possibility of realizing good works. Particulary, they do not have a global look on the reality of their practices and their supports. It is therefore a question of leaning on a definition which allows to include all the dimensions of the territory. The objective is to formulate a way of thinking the territory so that social workers identify all the constraints and amenities in relation to individual situations or projects. It involves adopting an interdisciplinary positioning to reveal the complexity of the reality which determinates the common job of social workers. This is what we want to propose, around a systemic approach applied to territorial diagnosis, to have a common understanding of territory, between the different business of social work for a best approach in relation to individuals, groups and families (IGF). ; Les Travailleurs Sociaux (TS) sont aujourd’hui attendus autour de la mise en place de diagnostics sociaux de territoire. Mais le concept, dans ses multiples dimensions, leur échappe partiellement, empêchant de jeter un regard global sur la réalité de leurs pratiques et de leurs accompagnements. Il s’agit donc de replacer le territoire de manière opératoire afin que sa mention se réfère à une approche qui permette d’en mesurer toutes les dimensions. L’objectif est avant tout de formuler une manière de penser le territoire afin que les travailleurs sociaux en identifient l’ensemble des contraintes et des aménités au regard de situations individuelles ou de projets. Il s’agit d’adopter une posture transdisciplinaire, pour révéler la complexité de la réalité qui pèse sur le quotidien des travailleurs sociaux.
