نبذة مختصرة : U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je kriminološka analiza pojave obijesne vožnje. Na samom početku rada definiran je pravni pojam kaznenog djela obijesne vožnje i razgraničenje obijesne vožnje od drugih prometnih delikata. Cilj je diplomskog rada istražiti osnovna fenomenološka obilježja obijesne vožnje da bi se dobio odgovor na pitanje događa li se obijesna vožnja u realnosti te koji su trendovi u dinamici njezinih stopa kretanja. Fenomenološka obilježja obijesne vožnje izvršena su na temelju podataka Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova te Državnog zavoda za statistiku. Osim fenomenologije bit će riječi i o etiologiji obijesne vožnje, odnosno o endogenim i egzogenim čimbenicima za koje se smatra da doprinose razvoju ovog oblika kažnjivog ponašanja. Na samom kraju diplomskog rada bit će obrađeno pitanje suzbijanja i razrade strategije u pogledu prevencije takvog oblika kažnjivih ponašanja. ; In this thesis, a criminological analysis of the appearance of reckless driving was presented. At the very beginning of the paper, the concept of reckless driving and the demarcation of reckless driving from other traffic offenses was defined. The goal of this thesis is to investigate the basic phenomenology of the reckless driving in oreder to get an answer to the question of whether suspended reckless driving happens in reality, and what are the trends in the dynamics of its rates of movement. Phenomenological characteristics of reckless driving was carried out besed on the data from the Ministry of the Internal Affairs and National Bureau of Statistics. Apart from phenomenology it will also be about etiology of reckless driving, that is, about endogenous and exogenous facotors which contribute to the development of this form of punishable behavior. At the very end of the thesis, the issue of suppression and development of such punishable behavior will be addressed.
