Vulnerabilidade social nas escolas na percepção de professores municipais de Novo Hamburgo e São Leopoldo ; Social vulnerability in schools in the perception of municipal teachers of Novo Hamburgo and São Leopoldo

Artigo (especialização) - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Centro de Ciências Sociais e Humanas, Curso de Especialização em Gestão Pública Municipal, EaD, RS, 2022. ; This article presents an exploratory study aimed at understanding the different conceptions of vulnerability, the problems that arise from this context in schools, and analyzing possible interventions that transpose and reach the vulnerable culture. In this work, interviews were conducted with twenty-eight teachers from the municipalities of Novo Hamburgo and São Leopoldo, who are or have been associated with schools in vulnerable area. Based on the responses obtained, the interview analysis technique was applied using the accounts of the daily life of these teachers in the schools. The results show some possibilities that can be used in practice in this reality, exploring possible intervention alternatives. It was also noted that there is no single model to be followed, as this gap affects different instances and contexts of society. We must keep in mind that as educational professionals we consider these problems as part of a context, and therefore any educational intervention is an act of possible destabilization - an act of courage. ; O referido artigo apresenta um estudo exploratório que tem como objetivo entender as diferentes concepções sobre vulnerabilidade, compreendendo os problemas que são consequência desse contexto em escolas, analisando possíveis intervenções que transponha e atinja a cultura vulnerável. Na consecução do trabalho, foram realizadas entrevistas com vinte e oito professores dos municípios de Novo Hamburgo e São Leopoldo, que têm ou tiveram vínculo com escolas concentradas em zonas de vulnerabilidade social. Por meio das respostas obtidas, seguiu-se a técnica de análise das entrevistas que utilizou os relatos da vida cotidiana desses docentes nas escolas.
