نبذة مختصرة : The paper is aimed at assessing teachers attitudes towards inclusive education of students with disabilities. The sample consists of 39 teachers, aged 24 – 51 of years. Out of the total number of respondents, 34.2% of them told us that they had experience in the educational process with students with developmental disabilities. Teachers general attitudes towards inclusive education were assessed by the Scale of opinion on inclusion of students with disabilities. The results of research suggest that the majority of surveyed teachers have a negative attitudes when assessing benefits of inclusive education for students with disabilities, as well as that inclusion requires changes in the organization of educational process. A statistically significant correlation was obtained between all estimated subscales. The age of teachers does not affect attitudes towards inclusive education. The results we got point out the necessity of professional academic education of teachers to work with students with developmental disabilities ; Rad je usmeren ka proceni stavova učitelja prema inkluzivnom obrazovanju uče- nika s teškoćama u razvoju. Uzorak čini 39 učitelja, starosne dobi od 24 do 51 godine. Od ukupnog broja ispitanika njih 34,2% izjavljuje da je imalo iskustva u vaspitno-obrazovnom procesu učenika s teškoćama u razvoju. Opšti stavo- vi učitelja prema inkluzivnom obrazovanju procenjeni su Skalom mišljenja o inkluziji učenika s teškoćama. Rezultati istraživanja sugerišu da većina ispitanih učitelja ima negativan stav pri proceni dobrobiti inkluziv- nog obrazovanja za učenike s teškoćama, kao i da inkluzija zahteva promene u organizaciji vaspitno-obrazovnog procesa. Dobijena je statistički značajna korelacija između svih procenjenih subskala. Starosna dob učitelja ne utiče na stavove prema inkluzivnom obrazovanju. Dobijeni podaci ukazuju na neophod- nost stručno akademskog obrazovanja učitelja za rad sa učenicima koji pokazuju teškoće u razvoju.
