نبذة مختصرة : This article is a part of a large research project developed in the state high school system of EspÃrito Santo that followed the implementation of the high school reform. Specifically, this text presents a portrait of the organization of the formative itineraries made by the State Secretary of Education of EspÃrito Santo from the mapping and analysis of the documents produced at the state level as a contribution to the studies on the application of an educational policy in practice. The data collected inform a general picture of the offer of formative itineraries that is of great diversity and inequality. In the total of 78 municipalities in the state, 22 have only one school, and in five of them the offer meets the legal minimum of two formative itineraries. In addition, 18 state schools offer only one itinerary, which goes against the legislation. The offer of the fifth training itinerary is predominant in the state, in which the perspective of professional education is dissociated from general education, which is a step backwards in relation to the debates and policies formulated in the recent past in Brazil. Our studies point out that the high school reform updates the Theory of Human Capital in the 21st century, referring to a greater internal/psyche dimension that seeks to manufacture subjectivity for the market; a high school focused on the formation of an individualism based on illusory values and images of a promising future for students situated on the bangs of society. ; Este artÃculo es una parte de una investigación más amplia desarrollada en la red estatal de enseñanza secundaria del EspÃrito Santo que siguió a la implementación de la reforma de la Enseñanza Secundaria.
