      This article aims to report on the experience of undergraduate students on the Field Education/Natural Sciences degree course at the Federal University of Catalão (UFCAT) in proposing, implementing and evaluating a didactic sequence to be developed in a secondary school working with Youth and Adult Education. The proposal involved drawing up a contextualized project, using various teaching resources and different methodologies, seeking a more active teaching and learning process. In this context, in order to evaluate the experience, reflections were made on how close this intervention proposal was to the perspective of Freirean education, which is an education that seeks the emancipation of students in favor of training for citizenship. To this end, a didactic sequence was proposed that dialogued with the students, linking scientific concepts to their reality, so that they could dialog with this knowledge in a critical way in search of intellectual autonomy. When developing the didactic sequence, it was observed that by experimenting with new teaching and learning methodologies, based on dialog and the exchange of knowledge, it is possible to diversify pedagogical practice and train active students. Developing, systematizing and evaluating this project provided a solid foundation and confidence in working with thematic content in an interdisciplinary, playful and didactic way. ; Este artículo pretende relatar la experiencia de estudiantes de la licenciatura en Educación de Campo/Ciencias Naturales de la Universidad Federal de Cataluña (UFCAT) en la propuesta, implementación y evaluación de una secuencia didáctica a ser desarrollada en una escuela secundaria que trabaja con Educación de Jóvenes y Adultos.
