Testiranje repelenata u svrhu prevencije šteta od šumskih glodavaca ; Repellent testing for the purpose of damage prevention from forest rodents

Sitni glodavci u nizinskim šumama Hrvatske često uzrokuju štete na kori i korijenu pomlatka. Regulacija populacije sitnih glodavaca na pomladnim površinama obavljala se upotrebom rodenticida čija je upotreba u šumarstvu danas ograničena. Alternativne metode su potrebne u svrhu zaštite pomlatka. U okviru ovog diplomskog rada testirat će se efikasnost različitih, komercijalno dostupnih, sredstava zaštite bilja koja mogu služiti kao repelent za glodavce. ; Small rodents in the lowland forests of Croatia often cause damage to the bark and roots of young forest trees. Regulation of the population of small rodents on spring forest areas was carried out using rodenticides, but their use in forestry is limited today. Alternative methods are required for the purpose of protection of young forest trees. In this thesis, the effectiveness of different, commercially available, plant protection products, that can serve as rodent repellent, will be tested.
