نبذة مختصرة : Aim of study - to evaluate the relationship between the ethics of physicians and nurses and the satisfaction with their work. Objectives: 1. Identify ethical issues in the management of physicians and nurses and evaluate their relationship with socio-demographic characteristics. 2. To investigate the satisfaction of physicians and nurses in work and to determine its links with socio-demographic characteristics. 3. To evaluate the relationship between doctor and nurse management ethical issues and job satisfaction. Methods: ethic problems of N hospital management and job satisfaction. In January 2018 the physicians and nurses of N therapeutic institution received 238 questionnaires and analysed 182 questionnaires. Response rate is 76.5 percent. The SPSS version 23.0 of the statistical data analysis package was used for data analysis. Results: The survey found that almost half of the respondents confirmed the existence of ethical issues in the institution, one third had no opinion. The subjects of the study pointed out that the main ethical issues of management ethics for physicians and nurses are incorrect remuneration policies, lack of information about the organization's ethics code, and not always correctly presented information on the advertisement/ organization's website. The study revealed a lack of open debate on ethics, a lack of systems and procedures to ensure ethical employee behaviour, lack of information dissemination within the ethics committees and information on the decisions taken. The investigation revealed that employees know that their institution has a code of ethics, include ethical issues in the institution's strategic plan, employees are trained in ethical behaviour, no sexual harassment is detected, employees are not discriminated against based on race, gender and age, the institution only uses legally obtained information and / computer programmes.
