      This research seeks to determine the success of investing in the creation of a company that produces potato snacks, with a unique recipe: vacuum frying, low fat and in combination with superfoods, which are raw foods, more nutrient dense that processed and cooked foods; these are the andean maca, the spirulina and old grains such as quinoa. To check the feasibility of the project, the target market was investigated and analyzed, defining that there is a tendency to consume excellent quality snacks based on healthy, "green" foods associated with health care. For this, the city of Quito, the sectors of the North and Cumbayá were chosen. Macroeconomic research of the food industry was carried out. In addition, a client analysis through the collection of primary and secondary information that also allowed to establish the marketing strategy to be used with a focus on the product's strengths. For the conformation of the company the operations plan was established, as well as the philosophy of the organization, which revolves around identification with the market and launching a product that is positioned in the mind of the consumer. Finally, a financial model was developed that considered the variables studied in the market and verified the numerical viability of the project. Among the main points to highlight are: the unit cost of the product, which allows generating a price according to the market; it is possible to obtain a margin that sustains the organization over time and generates benefits; Investment in machinery, personnel and advertising is attractive to investors, since a rate of return of 18.08% and a net profit margin of 22% was determined. The project seeks to cover the need to consume snacks made with green, nutritious and healthy foods that contribute to health care, being a subject of great family interest.
