本稿の目的は，部下に対する上司の非能動的影響を明らかにすることにある。調査の結果，500の有効回答が得られた。回収されたデータを重回帰分析した結果，上司のワーク・エンゲイジメントが高くなるほど，部下のワーク・エンゲイジメントも高くなることが明らかになった。同様に，上司の仕事中毒度が高くなるほど，部下の仕事中毒度も高くなることも明らかになった。その後，これらの結果を踏まえて若干の考察を加えた。 ; The purpose of this paper is to identify the inactive influence of supervisors on their subordinates. The survey yielded 500 valid responses. Multiple regression analysis of the collected data revealed that the higher the supervisor's work engagement, the higher the subordinate's work engagement. Similarly, it was found that the higher the workaholism of the supervisor, the higher the workaholism of the subordinate.
