International audience ; With the second part of its "Sponge City" initiative, the Metropole of Lyon aims to accelerate and change scale in terms of stormwater management, with the ambitious target of 400 ha of land to be desoiled/disconnected during the term of office. It is based on a strong political will on the part of the executive and should help to bring about a genuine and necessary paradigm shift: water is a resource that must be considered as the upstream matrix of our public policies. The Metropole de Lyon's Ville Perméable strategy is based on 6 pillars: governance, tools, support, study, expertise and regulation. To implement it, cross-functionality is essential, both within the Metropole and with local players, and at different levels: metropolitan and local elected officials, administrative hierarchies, Metropole agents (from project managers to field agents in charge of public spaces and metropolitan heritage), economic activities, local development players and their advisors. The Metropole is now equipping itself with the human resources to accelerate this change in practices. ; Avec l’acte 2 de sa démarche « Ville perméable », la Métropole de Lyon ambitionne d’accélérer et changer d’échelle en matière de gestion des eaux pluviales, avec l’ambitieux objectif de 400 ha désimperméabilisés / déconnectés sur le mandat. Elle repose sur une volonté politique forte de l’exécutif et doit permettre d’accompagner un véritable et nécessaire changement de paradigme : l’eau constitue une ressource qui doit être considérée comme la matrice en amont de nos politiques publiques.
