نبذة مختصرة : The article deals with the function of artistic comprehension of facts of the language and artistic creativity as one of the most important functions of use of onym in the poetic text of the new time. The steady onymic pairs functioning in Tsvetaeva's poetry and the microcomplexes of poetonyms-anthroponyms “Don-Juan-Carmen” and “Elena-Achilles” have been considered. The theoretical basis for the analysis lies in the thesis on ability of onymic complexes-pairs to serve as a sign of expression of universal oppositions, including the male and female social one. It is shown that use of onymic gender blocks indicates to a profound comprehension of facts of the European culture by the author. Poetic presentation of traditional and author's poetic meanings occurs through verbalization of gender oppositions. Creation of occasional gender onymic blocks, where the precedent proper names are used, is a distinctive feature of Tsvetaeva's individual style. The hypothesis of T.V. Tsivyan about the mythological validity of connection between the names of Helen and Achilles has been examined. It is alleged that the “Helen - Achilles” gender complex used by Tsvetaeva reveals an ancient tradition. Linguistic analysis of the poem suggests that the poet actualizes both meanings of the cycle's name: substantive two: collective and separative. Occasional onymic pairs created by Tsvetaeva, no matter how unexpected they are for the reader, reflect understanding of mythology, dynamics of the artistic process and testify to the poet’s deep linguistic intuition. Keywords: poetonym, onymic pairs, gender pair, universal opposition, poetic philology, consensus, attraction. ; В статье рассматривается функция художественного осмысления фактов языка и художественного творчества как одна из важнейших функций употребления онима в поэтическом тексте нового времени.
