نبذة مختصرة : This study aims to investigate the approach to interdisciplinarity between the Mathematics and Natural Science curricular components in Primary Education, based on national scientific production over the last ten years (2012-2021). The research, carried out in the first semester of 2022, was based on two renowned platforms, SciELO - Brazil and Periódicos CAPES. The analysis of the articles, using the Content Analysis technique, considered categories: a main theorist, content covered, stages of schooling, areas of knowledge and strategies adopted. Eight scientific articles were identified that address interdisciplinarity, inside and outside the classroom, using projects, didactic sequence proposals and textbook analysis. The main theorists include Japiassu (1976), Vygotsky (1978; 2001; 2004), Fazenda (1994; 2006; 2008), Santomé (1998) and Zabala (1998). His research addresses proportionality and density, water and aquatic biodiversity, environmental waste, the universe, soil conservation and quality, and Environmental Education, with the parcipation of students from the 6th to the 9th grades of Elementary School. In addition to the interdisciplinary nature of Mathematics and Natural Science, the studies included Arts, Geography, and Portuguese. The strategies identified involved practical lessons, reading, text production, informative lectures, solving activities, videos, and educational games. This study highlights the importance of interdisciplinarity between Mathematics and Natural Science in promoting autonomy and diversification of strategies in pedagogical practices, contributing to the advancement of educational research in Brazil.
