      Ultrastructural analysis revealed regular pattern of contractile apparatus in most ofcardiomyocytes but in some cardiomyocytes the contractile apparatus wascharacterized by an irregular pattern . Irregularly shaped cardiomiocytes nuclei ofcardiomyocytes were observed. In the extracellular space abundant collagenfibres were seen and numerous immunocompetent cells were present. ; Electron microscopy analysis of the heart biopsy ; Ocena ultrastrukturalna wykazała w większości kardiomiocytów regularny układ aparatu kurczliwego . W niektórych kardiomiocytach aparat kurczliwy charakteryzował się nieregularnym przebiegiem . Jądra kardiomiocytów charakteryzowały się nieregularnym kształtem.W przestrzeni zewnątrzkomórkowej obficie występowały włókienka kolagenu . Obserwowano liczne komórki immunokompetentne . ; Badanie wycinka serca w mikroskopie elektronowym
